1. Who is the administrator of your data?
The administrator of your personal data is IP Properties sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-591) at ul. Stefana Batorego 39 lok. 11, NIP: 7011023037.
In all matters related to the processing of your personal data, you can contact us by email. The contact person for data protection is Mateusz Piszczek, available at: mateusz.piszczek@ip-properties.pl.
2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We only process the data that you provide to us or leave as part of using the www.mateuszpiszczek.pl service.
Contact Form
If you use the contact form on the website, we process data such as your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message. We do this in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which you express by sending the form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in handling correspondence.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files saved on your device (e.g. computer, smartphone) that allow the website to function properly and enable additional features.
- Essential cookies: These are necessary for the technical operation of the website and cannot be disabled. They allow us, among other things, to remember your cookie consent settings.
- Analytical cookies: These are used to collect information about how you use our site. We only use them if you consent to it via the cookie banner.
Analytical Tools
We use Google Analytics, a tool provided by Google LLC. We carry out these activities based on our legitimate interest, which consists of creating statistics and analyzing them in order to optimize our website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), but only on the condition that you have consented to the use of analytical cookies.
Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our site. The information collected in this way is most often transferred to Google servers in the United States and stored there. Because the IP address you use is anonymized, it is shortened before being forwarded. More information on data processing within Google Analytics can be found at: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245.
Server Logs
Using the website involves sending queries to the server where the website is stored. Each such query is saved in the server logs. The logs include, among others, your IP address, date and time, information about your web browser and operating system. This data is used only for administrative purposes and to ensure the security of the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
3. How long do we store your data?
We store your personal data provided in the contact form for the period necessary to conduct correspondence and handle the inquiry. Data related to analytics (cookies) is stored for the time specified in the settings of these tools, and the data in the server logs is stored for a limited time, necessary for server administration.
4. Who is the recipient of your data?
Your data may be transferred to entities whose services we use to run the website. These are:
- The hosting service provider that stores the data on the server.
- The provider of the contact form service (formspree.io), which handles the sending of messages from the form.
- The provider of analytical tools (Google LLC).
All entities to whom we entrust the processing of data guarantee the use of appropriate personal data protection and security measures required by law.
5. What are your rights?
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data and receive a copy of it.
- The right to rectify (correct) your data.
- The right to erasure of data (the "right to be forgotten").
- The right to restrict data processing.
- The right to object to data processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- The right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time (e.g., by changing cookie settings), without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
6. Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy. All changes will be published on this page.
